Returns Policy

At Abby Bagnall – Face Whisperer, each product and service is offered with deep intention and care.

Your satisfaction, wellbeing, and trust mean everything to us.

Due to the bespoke nature of our treatments and skincare items, we’re unable to accept returns on used or opened products.

Vouchers purchased must be used within 12 month from date of purchase (unless previously discussed), they are valid up to the voucher amount for treatments or products irrelevant to what's written on the voucher.

They are not able to be exchanged for cash value or refunded. You can however transfer them to another person to use.

However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your item so we can make it right.

Because beauty and care should never be rushed, please allow up to 5 working days for resolution.
