These Terms & Conditions apply to all in-person treatments, programs, memberships, sessions, and products provided by me, Abby Bagnall, trading as Abby Bagnall Face Whisperer. By booking or purchasing any service or offer from me, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, please reach out before booking.

1. Services
I Provide & offer: In-person facial & body massage treatments. Nervous system regulation and wellness coaching online programs, audio libraries, and resources. Retreats, rituals, and events these services are provided with the utmost care, professionalism, and integrity.

2. Health & Safety Disclaimer
While my work supports wellness, it is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. By booking, you confirm
that: You are responsible for informing me of any relevant health conditions.
You will seek appropriate medical support when needed
You understand that results vary by person and no specific outcome is guaranteed
3. Bookings + Cancellations
To protect my business, your experience, and other clients, My Cancellation Policy is as follows:
Cancellations or reschedules require 24 hours’ notice
Less than 24 hours = 50% cancellation fee
Less than 12 hours = 100% cancellation fee
No-shows = 100% of session cost charged

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, I will do my best to give you a full session, but out of respect for the next client, I may need to shorten your treatment time.
4. Refund Policy: Because my services are personal and energetic in nature, I do not offer refunds once a session has taken place, or once a digital product has been accessed. Refunds for programs or packages may be considered in rare situations at my sole discretion.
5. Payment Terms All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Payment is required: In full at time of booking online Or immediately before your in-person session

I accept:💳 EFTPOS / Credit card💻Online payment via bank transfer as long as its instant.
6. Intellectual Property. All content I create — including my audio rituals, courses, copy, images, and branding — is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, share, or claim any part of my work as your own.
7. Respectful Boundaries: I hold this work sacred. By engaging with me, you agree to:
Respect professional boundaries
Communicate honestly
Treat me and my time with care, as I will do for you
Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior will result in termination of services without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability: I do my best to ensure all services are safe and supportive. However, to the fullest extent allowed under New Zealand law:
I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. My liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for services in question. You engage in treatments and programs at your own discretion and risk
9. NZ Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms overrides your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. If something goes wrong, I will do everything I can to make it right.
10. Updates + Questions: These terms may be updated at any time. The most current version will always be available on my website. If you’re unsure about anything, please contact me at [insert your email] before booking.
