Cancellation Policy
Bookings All bookings are to be made online Please note FULL PAYMENT is required at the time of booking online to secure your appointment. Payments are managed in accordance with my booking and cancellation policy. The remainder of pre payment amount can be used to secure a new appointment if you have rescheduled within the least 48 - 24 hour time frame OR If you cancel with longer than least 48 hours notice the payment will stay on your account as a credit to be used for future bookings or products. and you should be able to self manage this online, depending on availability. ​Cancellations To protect my business, your experience, and other clients, My Cancellation Policy is as follows: I understand that sometimes unexpected things come up and you may have to cancel your appointment. Any cancellations or reschedules must be made at least least 48 hours prior to the appointment. If you fail to give notice in accordance with this policy you will forfeit your payment. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours notice Between 48- 24 hours notice * = 50% cancellation fee Same day or Less than 24 hours notice * = 100% cancellation fee ie: If your appointment is on Friday at 1pm, If you cancel or reschedule after Wednesday 1pm then the above policy activates. Before that and you should be able to self manage your appointment online, depending on availability. No shows will forfeit their booking and payment. If you are up to 15 minutes late to your appointment may go ahead although your appointment will not be extended to accommodate the missed time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will forfeit your appointment and full payment as we cannot accommodate this amount of time running into the next client’s treatment time. ALL appointments are self-managed by you online using the login you have created. If you need to reschedule, cancel, or amend your appointment you can do so outside of the cancellation period.
